1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the website www.northlineav.com and the services provided by Northline AV.
By accessing our website or submitting a request through our contact forms, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Definitions
  • ““Northline AV” / “we / us / our” – the company providing AV programming, commissioning, and related services.
  • “Services” – professional services provided by Northline AV, including audio-video programming, commissioning, consulting, training, technical support, and remote/onsite delivery.
  • “User” / “You” – any person who visits or interacts with the website.
  • “Client” – a person or organization that contracts and signs an agreement with Northline AV.
3. Our Services
Northline AV provides professional Audio-Video programming & commissioning services, including but not limited to:
  • Control system programming (Crestron, Q-SYS, Extron, etc.)
  • DSP configuration (Biamp, Q-SYS, BSS, Yamaha, etc.)
  • Onsite commissioning and system validation
  • Microsoft Teams Rooms & Zoom Rooms integration and certification
  • Technical documentation and support services
The scope, pricing, deadlines, and terms of delivery will be defined in each project proposal or contract.
4. Use of the Website
Users agree not to:
  • misuse the website or attempt unauthorized access,
  • submit false or misleading information,
  • attempt to interfere with the website functionality or security.
5. Confidentiality & Data Protection
By submitting data through our forms (contact or recruitment), you consent to Northline AV processing your information for communication and/or evaluation purposes, in line with our Privacy Policy (GDPR).
6. Limitation of Liability
Northline AV makes reasonable efforts to ensure the quality and reliability of its services.
However, Northline AV is not liable for:
  • delays caused by third parties (client delays, hardware failures, network access issues),
  • indirect or consequential damages.
Nothing in these Terms limits liabilities in cases of gross negligence or intentional misconduct.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time.
The most recent version will always be available on our website.
8. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of Romania, together with applicable European Union regulations.
For projects executed outside Romania, including but not limited to the United Kingdom or other EU Member States, the applicable law and jurisdiction may be modified in a separate written agreement between Northline AV and the Client.
Any dispute arising from or related to the use of this website or these Terms shall be resolved by the competent courts of Romania, unless the parties mutually agree otherwise in writing.
